Steve also acts as Camp Director for the Nick Matthew Academy at Berkshire.

A highly trained and experienced project management leader, Lewis reviews all McWIL projects from start to finish, ensuring deliveries are both on time and within budget. His action plans see every project successfully through to completion.

McWIL Squash Ambassador
Nick Matthew OBE (Order of the British Empire) is one of England’s most successful squash players of all time. A three-time world champion hailing from Sheffield, England, Matthew has won the British Open and World Open three times each, and reached number one in 2010

Eldridge is undeniably among the most experienced squash and racquetball court builders in the US. With over 35 years experience, Eldridge has installed courts under a tremendous variety of conditions; when challenges arise, he’s an invaluable resource to turn to.
David Carr

The founder of McWIL squash will continue to offer his guidance and expertise on projects large and small in scope. Carr has been in the squash industry for over 20 years and is also a lawyer and entrepreneur. He continues to operate MMcWIL Canada and is based in Toronto Ontario.
